9/8/202551:00 It looks like the screen in the Case is cracked. I don’t recall the screen being broken when he did the Komatsu comparison.

9/5/2025My takeuchi excavator has the same feature and I'm constantly cold starting it at half throttle or better. It's either that or my 2 year old has pulled the throttle wide open.
@heavyshoesracing27
9/4/2025All you have to do is double nut those two studs and then screw the studs out. That would be the easiest way. You might have to find some slim studs to get both of them on there but it will work. If not. If you have a band saw you can cut a a nut in a half

9/3/2025I really like that old service truck in the first of the video

9/3/2025I d not appreciate the 'Click Bait' nature of "The Extraordinary" channel! Diesel Creek's Matt S Channel has never expressed anything like this video clips quote, "I hate them all!". True he has expressed a dislike for certain brands of equipment, as many of us have, but nowhere in this video has Matt ever said that "I hate them all!" That to me is "Click bait!!!"

8/30/2025From New Zealand Matt. Really enjoy your channel, the philosophy behind saving classic machinery. I also really appreciate your down to earth approach and unbounding enthusiasm. It's entertaining and informative. Thanks for sharing the passion.
@Turbo_Tim1
8/28/2025I'm an ex centrifugal compressor engineer. The most likely cause of the turbo failure was indeed oil starvation to the bearing. This was most likely being due to the cold weather making the oil more viscose. Add to the full rpm of the engine creating peak oil demand on the turbo bearing there was insufficient oil to the turbo bearing due the oil being cold and flowing slower. This why you let the engine idle to warm it up so the oil warms and flows freely through all the oilways.

8/27/2025On the induction heater, the coil is not supposed to touch any metal parts or it won't heat properly. I keep my coils floating around the nut, and it works well.
@brentmcmahon8188
8/26/2025You should of filled the turbo before you start it .
@brentmcmahon8188
8/26/2025It’s fine you just need a different funnel .
@brentmcmahon8188
8/25/2025You would think that smart throttle would set it self back to idle after it has been shut off.
@brentmcmahon8188
8/25/2025Split the turbo in half it may come out that way I don’t know for sure but Iam a Utube expert . Ha Ha !
@brentmcmahon8188
8/25/2025Copper antisize works ok on the manifold bolts.
@brentmcmahon8188
8/25/2025Galvanized bolts don’t do well with that heater and if I can file the nut it seams to work better .
@brentmcmahon8188
8/25/2025Don’t use that impack use a ratchet so you can feel what’s going on and you know that .
@brentmcmahon8188

@brentmcmahon8188
8/25/2025You know what’s funny I hauled cars for GM since I was 23 yrs old and did that until I was 60 yrs old and ran all up north even in Canada and have never had my fuel ever freeze up ever.
