Sunny got some air under those toes. Branching out bigger every day, today was a landmark advance for Sunny! --3.3 seconds of no feet touching any surface! Up on the high balcony, Sunny put those wings into soaring position, then went back and forth between flapping and soaring… …and suddenly those giant wings lifted Sunny right up off the balcony! Sunny apparently decided that was enough courage for the moment and chose to drift backwards toward the nest. Upon landing, Sunny immediately laid down in the nest bowl to contemplate and recover from the exciting moment!
