Love these stories , ..My bathroom - toilet has a msg that says ' release the kraken ! ' a mythical creature , a folklore sea monster, the kraken, from scandinavia..that could become the next chapter on sea anomalies for the WF __________________✍ It might scare HFish

If you are interested in the Ghost Ship of the Desert, the person who knows the most about the legends and realities is my friend Robert Marcos. He has investigated and written extensively. Just search for "Robert Marcos ghost ship in the desert"to find his articles. He also re-found a petroglyph of a ship with sails in the desert mountains near the Colorado desert. I've hiked there and seen it myself. With the information he has you could make a really great episode. BTW, there nothing like that in the Mohave, it is the Colorado desert east of San Diego.

So about 15 years ago after I got out of the Army. I took a sailboat from Lake Michigan to the Gulf of Mexico. During this trip I got into a fight with a guy who had a boat stopped on an island in the river. He pulled a machete on me. I ended up taking it and hurting him in the fight. He then got on his boat and called in a mayday to the coast guard. Saying he was attacked by pirates and beat within inches of his life. Yes he officially reported me as a pirate to the USCG. 6 fully armed and ready officers were dispatched to my location. But they arrested the machete man and let me go. Saying that I was the first pirate to be reported on the Mississippi river in their career lol so yes I am a pirate
