My therapist take: Julie performs motherhood. Shawna lives it. They’re on two different stages of the same healing journey. Shawna is shedding the performance, Julie is still auditioning. High functioning anxiety, people pleasing, and a desperate need to be seen as “the good mom” wrapped in control and pretty package. I think we've all met one of these and wondered about our worth, if only for a split second. ❤🤟🏻🌿

Aww you know what’s sad? We had those kind of family friends and then the kids get older and it becomes about driving them places and there’s way fewer hang outs and bbqs. 😢. I miss it.

I might be reading too much into this.. but maybe its not premature labor 🤔 maybe Shawnas comment about the bump bing so big with 10 weeks to go is a hint for us viewers that Julie is further along than what she says, maybe when julie was away for work she cheated and thats why shes so cold and distant and always on her phone, and the relationship with her and Ty seems tense. Maybe she does feel threatened by Shawna because shes an experienced mom, who makes good observations and has no filter, and if Shawna figures it out she by being around them more often she would tell Ty who shes closer to, which is why shes keeping her distance.

I think I would definitely be mean back to Julie since she’s being a bully. Not while she’s in labor though. I fear the only way to get a bully to stop is to let them know that they can’t get away with it without getting hurt too. You have to fight back. But I’m nice to anyone who’s nice to me.

Shawnas right in her pushing but also Juile is a mean girl period. You don&#39;t treat people like that even if you don&#39;t like them you can be polite it isn&#39;t hard.
