I watched Predator: Badlands a couple days ago, and while it had its moments and a certain offbeat charm, it ultimately fell short. It wasn’t terrible—but it definitely wasn’t great. The tone leaned way too hard into comedy, often undercutting any tension the Predator franchise is known for.<br>This didn’t feel like the Predator audiences grew up with—or ever asked for. Instead of a relentless, terrifying hunter, the film felt oddly restrained, almost secondary to its own humor. The story was heavily centered on Ella Fanning’s character to the point where the Predator itself felt sidelined, turning the movie into more of a “girl-boss” showcase than a true Predator film.<br>In trying to modernize the franchise, Badlands lost the primal menace and gritty intensity that once defined it—and that’s where it missed the mark.

This feels epic from start to finish

I watched it on some site, for free. Everything that was beautiful in Predator — tracking, mystery, invisibility, observation, and silent killing — was thrown out the window. Instead, we get a pathetic Predator who looks more like a scared human learning to hunt and practically carries a backpack with a feminist from the start. Who can&#39;t shut her trap. I watched it till the end, but I would never pay for this movie. The worst Predator ever... and I thought The Predator was a bad installment, but compared to this crap, that was a masterpiece. In 5 years, we&#39;ll probably see Predator in a pink dress.

The real predator isnt even predator. What a dumb movie.

Im mongolian and before i watch this movie there was Sisu Road to revenge teaser trailer and the song they used was The HU! And i realized also badlands used their music too. First thing comes in my mind was are they aware of this and is there collaboration?! But i guess they do cuz basically the managing company is based in the US. i think. Anyway. And i gotta say any Mongolian who listens throat singing we feel like connected to something supernatural! Warrior spirit literally awakens and it’s in our DNA!

Why is predator black

&quot;predator&quot; is an alien predator that spends his life on hunting on all kind of forms of life. but this movie is... overall its not predator movie anymore, its just a friendly family show with very bad acting. the body language, the eye movement, face reaction-changes, just simple dude from the hood. they seems forget that predators are not human and should not behave and react as human, it must have its own different approach and feel to it. but nothing of that exist here. very bad acting as a predator, 0 professionalism, no feel of cold mystic alien hunter killer at all. L movie. the only good thing is the music which is The HU
