It doesn’t have ABS and it’s not that fast by 2025 standards. But in a world of sanitised controls and lane-departure warnings and haptic controls, the F1 stands tall. Sensational. Would not have happened without my friend Eli Kogan and Ottowerks.

4/14/2025I remember the one and only time I saw an F1 and it was at the British Motorshow on the BMW stand when it was revealed in i think 1993. I was gobsmacked how small and perfectly formed it was. Even over 30 years later I don't think it has been bettered as an engineering masterpiece. Chris's face sums it up. Wow what a great owner to let Chris drive his pride and joy and share the experience with us all!

4/13/2025The McLaren F1 over any other machine has always had the power to transmit the feeling of all of its titanium and carbon might through imagination. You can almost feel how supple the chassis is while having the most crisp, responsive engine this side of a chainsaw. This for me is the definition of true passion, love and the magic of automobiles at its finest. This generous owner could not have picked a better more appreciative and humble professional to drive his F1 than C. Harris. I would really love to see him turned completely loose with this one!

4/12/2025I've often wondered why a British car has the gear lever on the right. Any ideas?

4/9/2025"That's from an Opel. Don't care". 🤣
I wish it wasn't so, but the F1 does nothing for me. I don't like the way it looks. I don't particularly like the sound, though I admit I've never heard one, at full tilt, in person. It would be way, way down on my list of wanted cars. I guess it's a good thing since I could never own one, anyway. 😂
In closing, I do have a Honda Fit, though. Absolute rubbish.
@primusro
4/7/2025I can't believe that the F1 still looks modern. God damn this really was the best supercar ever created. I envy you so much. Maybe, in this life, I will be able to see, in real life, an F1 and a Pagani Zonda.
@GMONEYFIFTYFOUR
4/7/2025I can’t believe you haven’t driven that car already! Now you need to take it on track like you did the F40 and F50. Still a good video to watch
@michaelroby6319
4/7/2025If you ever want to know why and how a sports car makes a grown man act like a giddy teenager then this is it.
@victorrojas9708
4/7/2025It sounds like an NA K20 doesnt it? 🤔
@jazzdub4958
4/7/2025The Porsche 911 is the best sports car of all time. 62 years in production and counting across it's many different variants.
