It&#39;s weird that Billie ended her run as Rose with a life in an alternate universe with the Metacrisis 10th Doctor to becoming the Moment and now to being the Doctor. I just wish she&#39;d had a moment similar to 14 where she had a moment of realization of who she was. I don&#39;t mean like the &quot;What? What?&quot; moment. Just something that was a bit more expanded.

What a weird moment… it just feels so unearned and.. hollow. I have absolutely LOVED him as the Doctor but… what has he really done?? Fought off two cgi monsters…. Didn’t even defeat the rani in the end. Didn’t reunite with Susan. Didn’t save his kid. Never fought a Dalek or a Cyberman. Watch every regeneration before this one and it is WAY more heartfelt, meaningful, and gut wrenching.

Is it me or did the Doctor die after Matt Smith?<br>Seems to have gone downhill since.

It really is a shame that the BBC decided to end Doctor Who after Hell Bent. I’ll always wonder what could have been, but at least it ended on a high note.

Cannonically the Doctor cannot choose who or what he regenerates into. While the Master and Rani both can choose their faces body types etc.<br><br>This means the Doctors regenerations are at the will of the universe. Which means the universe must be playing a cruel joke on him by making them regenerate into their ex that is with some other version of them in another universe.

The actual transition between the two actors just <i>screams</i> last minute reshoot.

I think it would be pretty cool if just for once, the Doctor <i>didn&#39;t</i> get to have a big emotional, dragged out goodbye scene. Imagine if he just got shot or something, halfway through an episode and regenerated right then and there with zero fanfare?

This is silly. Just give us a good Doctor that&#39;s hired because they&#39;re a good Doctor. Enough of the gimmicks. The fans obviously aren&#39;t responding well to it. SHEESH!!!

Thank god this arrocity of a Doctor ended early. Though, with Davies still in charge im sure this who gay agenda will continue being crammed without thought to creative Doctor Who writing.

It&#39;s staggering seeing how many people don&#39;t realise this scene is the end of new who. The music is Murray Golds goodbye, Billie Piper appearing is a meaningless throwaway by RTD to bookend 20 years, the lights on the tardis set being symbolically turned off.
