I think it’s an accident, not a suicide.

They shouldn’t build stadium’s were anything from the grandstands can possibly fall directly into the playing field . They should have a buffer of at least 5 feet. Also like that Yankee World Series game, in early 2000s, that kid was able to reach over and interfere with that home run. that should’ve been called out. It’s a simple stadium design I can’t believe it’s never been incorporated.

That’s the most freakiest thing I’ve seen. You have to see the whole video. That wasn’t a fall that was a dive/jump. He was sitting in his seat and dived over the bar. Almost looks paranormal. Wow

a sober person could back into one of these railings and go over. these venues need to be held liable for constructing dangerous facilities and over-serving alcohol to people.

railing is much too low and danger should have, could have been foreseen. momentum of jumping up to celebrate hit carried him to rail and rail did the rest. can see it was not intentional. guy was trying to hold on at last moment. another good reason to not serve alcohol at sporting events. venue should be held liable. these billionaire sport barons are out of control.

Wasn’t a fall. Looks like a suicide or tic toc dare or maybe a catapult seat.

I think he jumped up so fast that he passed out and just fell over. I really hope he is okay.

It's such a weird tradition to cheer when the injured person gets carted off, especially when it's clear they're NOT ok. I understand cheering when they stand up, display some ability to walk it off or at least walk on their own strength back to the locker room...but when carted off on a stretcher (and can't even be 100% sure he's even alive) is really strange

Please Note: this fan injury should be no surprise. I am in the medical profession. The front security railing is only 4 feet high (standard), which means that taller people can accidently fall over it and seriously hurt themselves. I told care of one of these patients, who fell from a two story balcony many years ago. The solution to fix this problem is to add another 1 foot of security railing to make the it 5 feet, then harder to fall over it. There are stories of this situation occurring on cruise ships.

Bad design of the field. It’s preventable.

i was just thinking about if someone fell off the green monster at fenway park how unfortunate that would be then this happened in Pittsburg. Wow this scary stuff, a 21 foot drop is a big one. Prayers to this guy and his family
